 “I think if you do something and it turns out pretty good, then you should go do something else wonderful, not dwell on it for too long. Just figure out what’s next.”

「我覺得如果你做了某件事而結(jié)果不錯，你應(yīng)該去做其它很棒的事，而不是停留在那太久。去想出下一件事是什么?！?/p>

turn out 是「結(jié)果」，如：His work turned out to be better than we expected. (他的作品比我們預(yù)期的還要好。) dwell on something 是「在某件事上思考或談?wù)撎谩?，如：It’s not a subject that I want to dwell on. (它不是我想要一直討論的話題。)
2006 年美國 NBC News 記者問賈伯斯以下這個問題時他回答了上面這句話。”I’m going to ask you to be introspective for a moment. Where do you fit in the American family of thinkers and inventors?” (我想要你深入省思一下，在美國思想家及發(fā)明家的大家庭里你應(yīng)該被定位在哪？)
